I am delighted that my friend Caroline and her husband Paddy are soon to adopt a child from the Saratov orphanages in Russia. They are organising a fundraiser in aid of the orphanages – if you are in or around Dublin on the 18th of September then I recommend it will be a great night out. And I will be there!
